WBB: Bearcats 2026-27 non-conference schedule
2026-27 Women's Bearcats non-conference slate released

The University of Cincinnati women's basketball team has announced its 2026-27 non-conference schedule.
The 13-game slate features seven home contests, the 2026 Cancun Challenge and the annual Crosstown Shootout.
The Bearcats open the season at Fifth Third Arena against East Texas A&M, where head coach Katrina Merriweather will face former Cincinnati teammate Valerie King ('04), now the head coach of the Lions. Cincinnati will also host Penn State (Nov. 7) and Saint Joseph's (Nov. 11) to round out the season-opening homestand.
UC then travels to face UMES on Nov. 15 before returning home to host Western Carolina on Nov. 18. The Bearcats will close the pre-Thanksgiving schedule with a Nov. 21 matchup at UNLV.
Cincinnati will compete in the 2026 Cancun Challenge from Nov. 26-28 at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico. The Bearcats open the event against Miami (Ohio) on Thursday, Nov. 26 at 9 p.m. ET before facing Minnesota on Friday, Nov. 27 at 9 p.m. ET.
The Bearcats return home in December to host Bellarmine (Dec. 2), Ball State (Dec. 4) and IU Indy (Dec. 12). Cincinnati will also travel to Toledo on Dec. 6 before wrapping up non-conference play at Xavier in the annual Crosstown Shootout on Dec. 15.
