Earlier today, the Cincinnati Bearcats got a commitment from Penn transfer quarterback Liam O'Brien. O'Brien has one year of eligibility remaining and will provide depth in the quarterback room that has JC French IV (transfer), Samaj Jones and a true freshman.
The 6 foot, 195 pound Boulder, Colorado native is the second quarterback to commit to Cincinnati from the portal.
