Georgia Tech transfer SG Akai Fleming commits to Cincinnati

Today, Georgia Tech transfer shooting guard Akai Fleming committed to Cincinnati. The 6'4", 184 pound Marietta, Georgia native will be heading to Cincinnati. The former four star recruiting will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Last season, he averaged 10.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists while shooting 37.3% from the floor, 32.9% from 3 and 81.6% from the line and playing in 30 games.

This is the 11th transfer Jerrod Calhoun has added during this cycle, Fleming adds a guard that has played on a high level as a freshman, a scorer and somebody that has a great chance to take the sophomore leap.
