Cincinnati five-star freshman Dee Alexander was limited to just nine minutes in the Bearcats loss to #15 Baylor on Wednesday night due to injury.
Alexander, just got back to the court a few weeks ago after an ankle injury sidelined her for the first half of the season.
I sat down with Cincinnati head coach Katrina Merriweather after the Bearcats loss to Baylor where she provided an update on the status of Alexander.
"I don't have an update on Dee yet." Merriweather stated. "I will meet with the medical team later. We really missed her tonight. She had a really good first half with those five rebounds. Dee is so tough and gives us another presence inside with a high IQ and can really pass the ball. When she is not on the floor it definitely hurts us."
