Today, the Cincinnati Bearcats received some good news as they got a commitment from three star wide receiver Joshua Smith. The Bearcats flipped Smith from Bowling Green, he committed to Bowling Green on July 6th. Smith received an offer from the Bearcats on September 22 and now is a Bearcat a little more than a month later.
