Today, three star wide receiver Chad Willis flipped from Cincinnati to North Carolina. Willis committed to Cincinnati early May and July 1st he isn't a Bearcat.
The 6'3", 212 pound receiver from Orchard Lake, Michigan started getting a lot of attention from the likes of Auburn and North Carolina and North Carolina won out.
Per 247 Sports Composite rankings he has moved from 822nd to 758th in the nation, 102nd to 91st wide receiver, and 14th to 13th in the state of Michigan.
