Arizona State women’s basketball is off to its best start in program history, going a perfect 13-0 in non-conference action. On Tuesday, they beat Gonzaga on the road to cap off their non-conference slate before opening up Big 12 play with a home game against Colorado.
The Sun Devils are enjoying enormous success in year one of the Molly Miller era in Tempe. She spent the last five seasons coaching down the road, leading Grand Canyon to a 117-38 record in her tenure. Last season, she took GCU to the NCAA Tournament, winning the WAC with a 32-3 overall record.
Now Miller has been at the center of a historic turnaround for Arizona State. In 2024-25, ASU only won 10 games overall, and three in the Big 12.
