Arizona State upsets No. 13 Texas Tech
Arizona State men's basketball knocked off No. 13 Texas Tech last night.

TEMPE – It was paradise in the Valley last night. Hundreds of fans overtook the pitch fork logo in the middle of Desert Financial Arena, joining Arizona State basketball players to celebrate their 72-67 victory over No. 13 Texas Tech.
The Sun Devils (14-12, 5-8) defeated the Red Raiders (19-7, 9-4) behind a very strong defensive effort. Bobby Hurley’s team forced 17 Texas Tech turnovers, with seven of those turnovers coming from one of Tech’s best players, Christian Anderson. The 17 turnovers is tied for the most Texas Tech has committed all season, a testament to the Sun Devil defense.
