Michigan State restores order in 104–68 win over Northwestern
Ball security, paint dominance, and balanced scoring fueled a wire-to-wire response for MSU

The No. 18 Michigan State women’s basketball team got back in the win column Wednesday night with a decisive 104–68 victory over Northwestern at the Breslin Center, delivering the kind of complete performance that had been missing earlier in the week.
From the opening stretch, the tone was clear. MSU’s defensive pressure forced 17 Northwestern turnovers on the night and helped spark a 22–5 edge in points off those miscues. The Spartans led for 39:01 and trailed for just 12 seconds, taking control early and never loosening their grip.
