Trav’s Ten Takeaways JMU + TT Preview

Apologize for the delay on this, it’s been a busy holiday season. Time to lock in on TT. I focused most thoughts below on the matchup and what things I saw coming out of JMU. We are doing two podcasts post-JMU in the leadup to this game so as always, check out the ducks rising podcast on youtube, apple and spotify to get some more in-depth thoughts on the matchup as well. https://www.youtube.com/@DucksRisingPodcast

  1. Dante Dialed: That first half was about as good as you can play QB at this level. Dante had every type of throw going, including a couple of hole shots and deep balls that had scouts drooling. Dante is playing his best ball of the season since Minnesota, and clearly has a good rhythm going with Coach Stein. Have to imagine that will only improve with all of his weapons back. Key against Tech, as always, will be getting him going early. I love our spot if we can score first.
