Penn State Preview

The Ducks have been rather untested to this point, and now head into a hostile White-Out environment at Penn State's Beaver Stadium for a Top 10 showdown between Oregon and Penn State. Both teams come in with a lackluster strength of schedule heading into a late September game with major playoff implications.
