Collin's Take: What's Next for Oregon Basketball?

In what has been a disastrous season for Oregon Men’s Basketball, many fans are asking; what is next? Below, I provide my thoughts on what has gone wrong and where things might go from here. So, let’s take a deep dive into this team’s struggles, starting back in the offseason.

The Ducks had some glaring holes at the conclusion of the 24-25 season, mainly a starting Shooting Guard and starting Small Forward. Dana Altman and his staff quickly went out and landed Devon Pryor, who has struggled with injuries and is averaging less than he did at Texas. Oregon was hoping that they would be getting a steal in Pryor, banking on a breakout year for him. What started out as a solid season, quickly reverted back to much of the same for Pryor, similar to his role with the Longhorns. I’d call this a definite “miss,” by the staff.
